She was responsive and timely on her deliverables and aided me through the Toronto Building Permit process, where I was previously lost. A few minor iterations were requested from me and based on feedback from the contractor and the city, which were made without any fuss. We were able to get our building permit and the work constructed with no issues on the design side. I will be hiring Lise again when for my kitchen renovation for sure. “
